Who has flooding? I am on flood watch or sibley county ares. I have heard the Des Moines and Pipestone Rivers are approaching flood stage. The Minnesota River by me is about to make my drive into the cities or work very long.

Rock Rapids area can easily flood even with heavy rain. I remember it flooded alot when I lived there and you didnt even at times know a park even was there the water was so high. My brother txt me saying he saw sibley flooding on the news. On my day off im probably going to head to rock rapids and surounding areas to see flooding.
