Here it comes boys and girls. I live 40 miles west of Minneapolis, most models are now saying MAJOR snow, maybe in excess of 15 inches. I AM PUMPED, its been ages since a big snowstorm.

I won't be out all day mainly 1 It's Christmas Eve 2 Its going to be a dangerous storm. But I'll be out for some footage and news streams.

True that!! Ive been in a storm 5 X as worse then this one!! We are used to this kind of weather. But YES!! Safety is Number 1..

You mean...it'll be an EPIC STORM for YOU guys. Not me though...of course not! I get nothing good until February (which SUCKS!).

I have seen a significant shift south and east of the track of the storm. May be something to watch

Not if it shifts far enough south! Or will it still affect you? The 12z Euro has the low in west-central Illinois at 987mb. Better news for me!

Here in Central Oklahoma, we are going to get 6-10 inches of snow, wind gusts up to 50mph, and white out conditions. I will be streaming LIVE so be sure to check in around 10am CDT.

I was streaming for the 5:00 and 6:00 but I think I'm skipping the 10:00 its pretty nasty out there

Probably two inches so far. They are saying 4-6 by morning then Heavy tomorrow night into Fri. Maybe 2 feet by the end. I was out tonight but the wind is kicking up a little to much for the Impala. Pics and measurements tomorrow morining.

We only got about 3" in most places. Right now it's the quiet before the storm

I am still stunned that we had a history making weather system that literally has plowed through Oklahoma today. Central Oklahoma, where I am located, received almost 1 foot of snow! Winds were out of the North at 40 gusting to 60 all day. There are some snow drifts that I came across on the East/West roads that were in excess of 5 feet. I know for you guys up north that is nothing., however, for Oklahoma, its quite impressive. I took a few pics and I will have all of them on my website sometime tomorrow. It was definitely an adventure to witness and especially drive thru!

The stuff going on in Texas and Oklahoma is incredible, you guys be safe I know you are not used to this and there is no reason to put yourself in danger of getting in an accident. Snow in Houston Yesterday! We have 10-12 so far here and it is still coming down. Merry Christmas everyone, keep your loved ones close.

Wow you guys sure got hit harder than us, the freeze line moved up on Sat keeping those totals down. I think I would have rather had yours though, the ol snowblower does not like an inch of slush under 6" of snow.

WOW.... LOL your can handle tornadoes and core punches and dirty "muddy roads and going airborne on the dirty roads but when it comes to 20 inch of snow..... all you will be streaming is the garage door LOL....

Nope Robert I was out all 3 days in it. Stayed out until DOT closed the interstates. Streamed for kelo and got a short clip on TWC. Discovered that there is not a real excitement streaming snow except for local media. Didn't get stuck once.
